TO: KPFT Community

RE: Clarification of 10/13 Declaration
DATE: October 27, 2004
In an effort to clarify the declaration I made
before the LSB on October 13, 2004, I offer the following statements:
- Robert Graham followed my instructions properly in the distribution
of his email invitation for the Guerilla Brigade Movie and Candidate
Meet-n-Greet. It was my responsibility to forward this information
to the candidates, not his.
- In no way do I support, engage in, or tolerate negative talk
about our candidates from those involved in facilitating the
election process. Consequently, I was immediately concerned
when I received the October 5, 2004 email from the LSB Election
Committee Chair.
- As a result of this email, I no longer recognize the LSB
Election Committee and have formed a new Committee to oversee
the remainder of the election process.
