BRIEF: Last night, Texas executed a local Third Ward man, Richard Williams, at the Walls unit in Huntsville, Texas. Williams was convicted of the robbery and murder of a wheelchair bound woman as a contract killing. As the lethal chemicals meant to execute him entered his bloodstream, he turned to the three brothers of his victim and apologized.
